As a Senior Advisor, Mark will be providing mentorship and advice to the ONCAP organization. Specifically, he will provide advice on investment decision making, will participate with value creation by supporting operating companies, and will assist the ONCAP team on efforts to invest in new opportunities for ONCAP. Prior to transitioning to Senior Advisor, Mark led a number of transactions across various sectors, including International Language Academy of Canada, Wyse Meter Solutions, AutoSavvy (previously AutoSource Motors), Tecta America, BSN Sports, CiCis Pizza, Futuremed, Armtec and EnSource.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Mark was a member of the Corporate Finance Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and previously a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Nesbitt Burns in Toronto.
Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
