Since joining ONCAP, Hampton has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Hampton worked at CCMP Capital in New York where he evaluated investments as a Vice President on the Consumer/Retail team.
Hampton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Commerce, also from the University of Virginia.
