Since joining ONCAP, Gietha has worked on the Komar Industries, Enertech Holdings, Walter Surface Technologies, and Precision Global transactions. She remains actively involved with Komar Industries and Walter Surface Technologies, and continues to evaluate and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities in the Industrials sector.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Gietha worked at DWM Asset Management in the Private Equity group and the Investment Banking division of Evercore, both in New York.
Gietha is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
